If for any reason, you are not happy with an item, you may return it within ten days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please be sure not to remove the tags from any item you purchase until you are sure of the proper fit of the item. Send your package via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any trackable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss while in route to Andoland. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our warranty department. Instructions for returning products to Andoland -- U.S. customers only. For the quickest service, please follow these instructions:

1. Print out the Return Form and enclose the item(s) you wish to return. If you are unable to print this form please include a note with your name, return address, a day time phone number, e mail address, what you are sending back, why you are sending the item back, and indicate whether you would like to replace the item, have it repaired or credit your account.

2. Return Authorizations are not required for web/mail orders.

3. By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; if your garment was worn, please wash the garment before mailing it. Please send the item to:

4. We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Andoland will not be held liable for products lost in transit.

5. Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.

6. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned. If we are not able to repair an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on a note.
