Return Policy
We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, Ando and Friends will gladly return or exchange any merchandise within 30 days from the date the order is shipped to you, provided the items are returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, never washed, and have the original tags (still attached). Once the clothing has been, warn, washed, or soiled the product cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items are subject to our inspection. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items are determined to be worn or damaged. All exchanges are contingent upon existing stock.
In order to ensure the product is returned in acceptable condition, it is recommended items be packed in a secure parcel. Please also include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange in the parcel.
Any shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended but not necessary, the item(s) be shipped in a method in which the package can be tracked.
All items purchased at a sale price can be returned for store credit only and in the amount of the purchase price only. If a free item was included with the purchase of the item returned, the free item must be returned in order to for and exchange or refund to be issued. If you would like to keep the free item, we can subtract the price of the item from your refund. Anytime items are perched together for a discount and one of the items is returned, the return or exchange credit will be for the lesser amount of the two.
Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase within three to five business days of the day the merchandise is received at our warehouse. Sorry, we cannot issue cash returns.
